Retail - Full Time Management and Part Time Sales Positions: Available September through the Holiday Season

Seasonal Jobs Across the US

Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Hickory Farms, is currently seeking outgoing people who are friendly, and sales oriented to fill several positions in our seasonal locations! Candidates should be comfortable with technology, assisting customers with product selection, and promoting sale add-ons.

Headway offers competitive pay, paid training, flexible hours, generous employee discounts, performance and sales commission bonuses, pay on demand, and a portable benefits plan option.

All positions require standing throughout your assigned shift, bending, lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally, and lifting up to 42 pounds frequently. Applicants must be willing to submit to a background check and follow corporate dress code.

Area Managers
Full time seasonal leadership positions supervising 5-8 seasonal locations. Positions start in late September and last through the holiday season. Area Managers lead, motivate, and mentor their team of Store Managers, drive sales performance, and monitor store operations. Candidates must be goal and sales-oriented and be comfortable mentoring other employees. Management experience, good communication, organization, leadership and training skills, multi-unit retail and sales experience preferred. Must be willing to travel and work weekends. Store Managers
Part-time hourly seasonal leadership positions with up to 40 hours a week. Positions start in mid-October and last through the holiday season. Store Managers are responsible for fostering a customer-centric culture, prioritizing exceptional service, managing day-to-date store operations, and training a high-performing sales team. Retail and management experience, good communication, organization, leadership and training skills, and sales experience preferred. Must be willing to work weekends. Sales Team Member
Seeking positive, friendly, outgoing, candidates that enjoy helping people. Sales associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and demonstrating a passion for our products. Previous retail or sales experience a plus. Hours are flexible and may vary, weekend and night availability a plus. Positions available starting in October through the holiday season.
