How to Make Compound Butter

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon basil (chopped)
- Combine butter, basil, garlic, lemon, rosemary, salt, thyme, and pepper in a bowl
- Scoop mixture into silicone heart shaped ice cube tray (or any other shape)
- Refrigerate until ready to use (up to 1 week)
