Steak lovers cherish the Porterhouse, because it's actually two steaks in one - a crosscut portion of a New York Strip on one side, and on the other, a tantalizing filet. It's no surprise this thick and juicy Porterhouse is often considered the steak connoisseur's favorite cut.
Aged for 28 days, our steaks are flash-frozen and carefully shrink-wrapped to lock in their exceptional flavor. They’re placed into our signature designed mailer, which is then packaged in a cold-pack-filled, Styrofoam cooler so the steaks stay frozen until they reach your recipient.
To ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, we will ship your gift Monday - Thursday for delivery within the same week. Saturday - Monday delivery is not available for this item.
