"We were in the process of moving from Oregon to Washington, and our middle son, Keith, had just moved from Oregon to Florida. It was our first Christmas apart from him, and the holidays just didn't seem the same. I was trying to pick out just the right gift to send, and it had to be something that reminded him of home.
