| TERMS OF AGREEMENT | Back to Top | The use of Hickory Farms Gift Certificates constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
- Hickory Farms Gift Certificates have no fees and they never expire.
- Hickory Farms Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise or services at any Hickory Farms retail store, kiosk, catalog or at www.hickoryfarms.com.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable at Mass Merchants or Grocery Stores.
- Gift Certificates are not reusable, and the balance must be used in its entirety at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for the acquisition of additional gift certificates of any type.
- Discounts and other special offers are not valid on the purchase of Gift Certificates.
- Refunds will not be provided for lost, stolen, or mutilated Gift Certificates.
- If your order exceeds the total value of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid at the time of purchase.
- Gift Certificates and their use on the Hickory Farms web site are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. Hickory Farms reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
- Gift Certificates issued as part of promotional fulfillment may have an expiration date. See specific promotion for details.
