Standard 3-7 Day Delivery

Your package will ship to arrive within 3-7 business days. We are unable to offer delivery of our products on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount shipped to each "Ship-To" address within the continental U.S. See "Shipping Restrictions" for more information on delivery to P.O. Boxes, Canada, and non-Continental U.S.


Holiday Guaranteed Delivery:

Get your holiday gifts there on time. Select "Holiday Delivery" and your gift will be shipped to arrive in time for the holiday you specify for the price of Standard Shipping rates. We guarantee it. View our Holiday Delivery Schedule for specific cut-off dates.


Express 2-3 Day Delivery:

Your package will ship to arrive within 2-3 business days. We are unable to offer delivery of our products on Saturdays or Sundays. The postage charge for Express delivery is the cost of Standard Shipping rates + $9.99 per shipping address. Frozen items are available for delivery Wednesday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders must be placed by 11:00 am EST to be processed the same day. We do not require a signature at delivery.


Rush 1-2 Day Delivery:

Your package will ship to arrive within 1-2 business days. The postage charge for Rush delivery is the cost of Standard Shipping rates + $12.99 per shipping address. Delivery is available Wednesday - Friday (excluding holidays), and orders must be placed by 11:00 am EST to be processed the same day. We do not require a signature at delivery.


APO/FPO Shipping:

In support of our troops, we offer free shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Not all items may ship overseas. To be sure it can ship overseas shop from our APO/FPO collection. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.


DELIVERY TO CANADA:

For delivery to Canada, order from our Hickory Farms Canadian Shipping Web Site. Add $7.50 to ship to Canada to the above standard shipping charges for each recipient. Orders to some destinations may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Not all gifts can ship to these areas (specifically fresh fruit and items that ship frozen including steaks, hams, turkeys, seafood, and other specialty meats.)


DELIVERY TO VIRGIN ISLANDS & GUAM

For delivery to Virgin Islands and Guam add $6.00 to the above standard shipping charges for each recipient. Orders to some destinations may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Not all gifts can ship to these areas (specifically fresh fruit and items that ship frozen including steaks, hams, turkeys, seafood, and other specialty meats.)


DELIVERY TO HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & ALASKA:

Not all items may ship to these locations. For delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska add $6.00 to the above standard shipping charges for each recipient. Frozen items must ship using Express or Rush Delivery. Additional charges may apply. Call 800.753.8558 for details.


DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES:

An extra $6.00 will be added to your shipping charge for a Priority Mail upgrade. Frozen items can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. You must select "Standard Shipping" when shipping to a P.O. Box. Express and Rush Shipping are not available for P.O. Box shipments because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS:

We are unable to offer delivery of our products on the weekends.


DELIVERY OF FRESH FRUIT ITEMS

We're sorry, but we cannot ship citrus to Arizona, or any fruit to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada and APO/FPO addresses.


DELIVERY OF FROZEN ITEMS:

Frozen items ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We are unable to offer delivery of frozen items on the weekend or for Monday delivery. Frozen items cannot ship to correctional facilities.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We apologize that we cannot ship to any International countries except Puerto Rico. Fruit, frozen food and other perishable items may not ship to International destinations.


If you wish to inquire regarding a specific item, e-mail us the item number and/or description, ship to location and we'll let you know if it can ship.


How will my recipient know the package came from me?

Your gift message will be prominently displayed on the outside of the box so your recipient will know it's from you even before opening the box.

We're committed to your satisfaction. At Hickory Farms our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our Customer Service Department with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.


Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund. Please return the merchandise to the following address:

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Because some of our products are perishable, we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping charges.


Seasonal Holiday Kiosk Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Hickory Farms will gladly exchange your purchase for an item(s) of equal or greater value. Exchanges without a valid receipt will be honored at the lowest season retail value. No cash refunds/credit will be given. In the unlikely event that an item is brought back to the store for quality reasons, a home office refund will be offered only if an exchange of equal or greater value is not warranted.
