All orders shipped via 3 day service will spend 5 business days or less in transit. For mailed or faxed orders requesting immediate shipment, the order will be shipped to arrive within 5 business days from the date the orders is processed. Holiday Guaranteed Delivery:

Get your holiday gifts there on time. Select "Holiday Delivery" and your gift will be shipped to arrive in time for the holiday you specify for the price of Standard Shipping rates. We guarantee it. View our Holiday Delivery Schedule for specific cut-off dates.


2 Day Delivery:

Your package will ship to arrive in 2 business days if placed before 1PM EST. If placed after 1PM EST, order will ship the next business day. We are unable to offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays using this delivery option. See "Shipping Restrictions" for more information on delivery to non-Continental U.S. We do not require a signature at delivery.


Overnight Delivery:

Your package will ship to arrive in 1 business day if placed before 1PM EST. If placed after 1PM EST, order will ship the next business day. We are unable to offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays using this delivery option. See "Shipping Restrictions" for more information on delivery to non-Continental U.S. We do not require a signature at delivery.


APO/FPO Shipping:

Delivery to APO/FPO military addresses is FREE on denoted items. Not all items may ship overseas. To be sure it can ship overseas shop from our APO/FPO collection. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.


DELIVERY TO PO BOXES, CANADA, GUAM, US VIRGIN ISLANDS & PUERTO RICO:

Orders to some destinations may take up to 8 business days to arrive. Fresh Fruit Gifts and HoneyGold® Ham shipping are not available to these locations.


DELIVERY TO HAWAII & ALASKA:

Orders to some destinations may take up to 8 business days to arrive. 2 Day and Overnight delivery are available to these locations. Additional charges apply. Fresh Fruit & HoneyGold® Ham must ship via 2 Day and Overnight delivery.


DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS:

We are unable to guarantee delivery of our products on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday.


DELIVERY OF FRESH FRUIT ITEMS

We're sorry, but we cannot ship citrus to Arizona, or any fruit to PO Boxes, Canada, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.


DELIVERY OF HONEYGOLDY® HAM:

To ensure it arrives in perfect condition, we will ship your ham Monday - Thursday for delivery within the same week. Saturday - Monday delivery is not available for this item. Ham cannot ship to correctional facilities.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We apologize that we cannot ship to any International countries except Puerto Rico. Fruit, frozen food and other perishable items may not ship to International destinations.

We're committed to your satisfaction. At Hickory Farms our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our Customer Service Department with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.


Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund. Please return the merchandise to the following address:

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Because some of our products are perishable, we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping charges.


Seasonal Holiday Kiosk Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Hickory Farms will gladly exchange your purchase for an item(s) of equal or greater value. Exchanges without a valid receipt will be honored at the lowest season retail value. No cash refunds/credit will be given. In the unlikely event that an item is brought back to the store for quality reasons, a home office refund will be offered only if an exchange of equal or greater value is not warranted.
