How To Place An Order
- Browse the website and select the items you wish to purchase. You select the item by "clicking" on the picture of the product and then add them to your shopping cart (using the add to cart icon).
- Once you add something to your shopping cart you can click on the "Continue Shopping" icon at the bottom left of the page to continue selecting products.
- Once you have selected all the items that you wish to purchase, specify if they are shipping to a single recipient or multiple recipients. You may also enter any optional promotional codes on this page. Then press "Checkout".
- Once you press Checkout you will be directed to a page for new or returning customer’s section. If you are a new customer press "Continue Checkout" and you will be directed to the recipients shipping information. If you are a returning customer enter your email address and password to access your account.
- On the recipients shipping information page you will enter name, address, and the item to be delivered, type of delivery service, optional gift card and gift message. Note: make sure all your address information is correct especially the zip codes, full streets and apartment numbers. Remember we cannot deliver a frozen item to a PO Box.
- Once you have entered information in all necessary fields you can then press "Continue Checkout" and move to the billing page.
- For billing purposes use the address that corresponds with the credit card that you will be using. Make sure all the information is accurate and complete. You will also have the option on this page to pay by gift certificate and set up password for future use in checking your order status.
- Once you have completed all the information please "click" Continue Checkout.
- The next page will give you an opportunity to review all the information for your order. You may click on the edit icons if any additional changes are required. Once the information is verified you will enter your credit card type, number and expiration date at the bottom of the page. Then "click" on "Place Order Now" button.
- Note: If you "click" multiple times, your order will be placed multiple times.
- This will process your order and payment. (order total will not reflect applicable sales taxes as each state has unique tax structures. Please refer to the sales tax section of the help menu for details.) Your order number will also be displayed on this page. Furthermore you will receive an email that will have an invoice for your purchase. You will also receive a second email once your order has shipped from our warehouses. You may use your login information the next time you visit www.hickoryfarms.com to place another order or check status of an existing order.
