- Paper Gourmet Rewards® Certificates will arrive within 3-10 business days.
- Electronic Gourmet Rewards® Certificates will arrive within 24 hours.
- Gourmet Rewards® Certificates are redeemable only for Hickory Farms products and are not redeemable for cash. They may be used only in the acquisition of specifically identified Hickory Farms merchandise on the web site or as designated in direct marketing advertisements. Further, they may not be used to acquire additional Gift Certificates of any type.
- Gourmet Rewards® Certificates are non-refundable.
- Hickory Farms Gourmet Rewards® Certificates may not be resold, exchanged or returned. Refunds will not be provided for lost, stolen, or mutilated Gourmet Rewards® Certificates.
- Hickory Farms will not be responsible for any unauthorized use.
- Hickory Farms reserves the right to refund/cancel any Gourmet Rewards® Certificate, which it deems stolen or obtained through improper or fraudulent means.
- Discounts and other special offers are not valid on the redemption of Gourmet Rewards® Certificates.
