Gift Certificate Information
USE OF THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
- Paper certificates will arrive within 3-10 business days.
- Electronic certificates will arrive within 24 hours.
- Hickory Farms Gift Certificates are redeemable only for Hickory Farms products and are not redeemable for cash or the acquisition of additional Gift Certificates.
- Discounts and other special offers are not valid on the purchase of Gift Certificates.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, you are responsible for the balance. Credit cards are accepted online and with telephone orders. Checks, money orders or credit cards are accepted with mail orders.
- Hickory Farms Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
- Redeemer of Gift Certificate is responsible for the applicable sales tax and/or delivery charges.
- Hickory Farms Gift Certificates may not be resold, exchanged or returned. Refunds will not be provided for lost, stolen, or mutilated Gift Certificates.
- Gift Certificates may be redeemed online, via telephone at 1-800-442-5671 or by mailing an order to Hickory Farms, PO Box 75, Maumee, OH 43537. Mail orders must include a completed order blank, the gift certificate and payment for any amount that exceeds the certificate. Electronic Gift Certificates are not redeemable by mail.
- Hickory Farms will not be responsible for any unauthorized use.
- Hickory Farms reserves the right to refund/cancel any Gift Certificate, which it deems stolen or obtained through improper or fraudulent means.
- Applicable state law may vary or give you additional rights with respect to this Gift Certificate.
